If OCLC Connexion is minimized won’t open (maximize), follow one of the steps below:

• Hold down the Shift key and press the Print Screen key (the key to the left of Scroll Lock above the number pad on our standard keyboards) 

• Hold down the Windows key and press the Up Arrow key (the Windows key is between the Ctrl and Alt keys on the left side of our standard keyboard and to the right of the the Alt key on right side -- it has a Windows flag, like our Start Menu)

You should be able to maximize Connexion after doing one of these two steps.
